Paruresis Coaching
Single Session – $80
A focused 60‑minute conversation to explore where you are and what’s possible.
Ideal for starting, or for occasional support.
3‑Sessions – $225
A deeper container for meaningful change.
We’ll build momentum and tools over three weeks.
Most clients start here.
5‑Sessions – $350
For committed transformation.
We’ll work together over 5–8 weeks to create lasting shifts in your relationship with anxiety and shame.
Please note that I'm open to talk about prices. If they're too high for you, don't let that stop you from contacting me. We'll figure something out.
Ayahuasca ceremony support (Pisac, Peru)

I’ll be with you every step of the way.
Includes:
Preparation meeting (your location)
Entering ceremony together
Integration meeting (your location)
This does not include the ceremony cost itself (S./400)
